Love + a Mini Session

This was such a fun and sweet session!

What started out as a Holiday Card Mini Session, turned into a sweet couple shoot. It was the afternoon, so it wasn't quite as cold, and the time of day allowed for us to try a different location.

I seriously hope I get to work with them again!

The Greenwood Family!

It's not every day that you get a family pet...who can pose this well!
I'm thinking she's very loved, and maybe photographed just a little from time to time. :)

I love meeting new families and being able to pass along portraits that they can use much longer than their Holiday cards will last. Long after their family has grown, and the dynamics change, they will always have these to be able look back and remember how things were many years ago.

This is why I wanted to become a photographer.

Saturday morning was windy, and pretty cold, but that didn't take the fun out of this family session.
The beautiful colors of Autumn made for the perfect background, and the laughter made up for us having to stay on the cement path because of all the mud surrounding us from the rain storm the day before. Hey, at least the sun was shining. :)
