Movie Premier at The Fox

Photography has taken me many places over the years, but last night, it brought my husband and me to our first movie premier!

The Fox is already a magical place, and when you add the red carpet, lights, cameras everywhere, the amazing people of Chick-fil-A, and a TON of people from an hour from my hometown, you have a magical movie premier.

It's not very often I get to be in the heart of downtown Atlanta and hear that many southern accents. It felt like home. haha! Everyone was super sweet, and everyone was excited about being there, all dressed up enjoying their entrance.

After I was finished taking the arrival photos on the red carpet, it was time to go inside, grab popcorn and a Coke, and enjoy the movie!

A little background on the movie, and the wonderful people who made it:
Sherwood Church, in Albany, GA, ventured out to create movies that would make a difference in people's lives. Their first movie, "Flywheel", debuted in 2003, and since then, they have made "Facing the Giants", and the one most people are familiar with, "Fireproof".

All of these movies leave you wanting to be a better person, and that is just rare. Well, their latest film, "Courageous" is no different, although, I do recommend tissues. There are sad cries, happy cries, and parts that will make you just sit there and think about what you can do in your life to make it better.

So, if you are looking for a movie that has meaning, be sure to check out "Courageous" in theaters, September 30th.

Here's the trailer for it:
