Sweet Baby Emmylou

I'm not sure anything is as sweet as a newborn. They are so tiny, and they bring so much happiness to the families they join.

I love watching the new parents. The looks they give, the way you can just see how much they love their new baby simply by the look on their faces. It's just magical.

I am so happy to introduce you to baby Emmylou. :)

The Phillips Family!!!

Christmas is such a great time to get the family together, and take some portraits! Not only is it an exciting time, but the prints make amazing gifts, too!

Our new city is starting to feel like home, and every time I get a referral, the feeling becomes even more real. (That is why, there will be a pretty big announcement coming to my Facebook Fan Page in just a few days!!)

I get to meet so many new people, and get to spend time with their families, all the while being able to give them something they can always look back on to remember the moments that have passed by.
I seriously love my job!

The Kyle Family!

I guess it was about a year ago, that I took a road trip to visit my cousin, when she introduced me to the Kyle family. I was absolutely in love with them within the first five minutes of being introduced!

We all know how much I love hanging out with kids, well, try a teenager, triplets, and their little sister! So awesome!!

When I got the opportunity to take another road trip to do a Family Session for them, I was all about it!
And when I say that I was excited, that doesn't even begin to describe it. Are you kidding me? All of this cuteness in one session! Absolutely so much fun!!!

Greenwood Maternity Session!

Studio maternity portraits are so amazing to me, but it's also so much fun to do some outdoor portraits, too!!

So, we did both!!

I absolutely love this couple, and I am so excited for them!

The Wise Family!

I'm not sure I have ever laughed so much during a family session before. I absolutely LOVED that they wanted a lot of silly photos mixed in.

It was so cold outside that you can actually see their breath in some of the shots, but they were such great sports about it, and I hope we all fought off colds by all the medicine the laughter gave us!

It really doesn't seem like it has been 10 years since we all graduated from high school, and these two were just high school sweethearts.

Time flies, and now they are the proud parents of two handsome little boys!

It was so great to catch up, and to get to meet the boys. Going home for the holidays makes fun family sessions like this a lot easier!

Yep! You read that right! The McKellar Family!

Well, part of them, anyway.

I will never forget the first time I met my husband's extended family. I was more nervous than words can explain.
However, they instantly made me feel so welcomed. It was no time at all before they figured out I talk way too much! haha!

Years later, and here we are doing a family portrait session!!!!!! SO EXCITING!!!!!!!!!!
